University of Sibiu MBBS & BDS Fee Structure (2026-27)
The University of Sibiu offers the six-year MBBS and BDS programs in English language to EU and non-EU students. You can pay the tuition fees in 2 parts i.e. EUR 3,000 per semester, with the exception of first year where you must deposit the full fee at the time of seat confirmation.
The tuition fees generally remains the same for the rest of the academic years after enrollment. So, if the fees is increased in the forthcoming years, the change only applies to the newly enrolled students and not to the students who are already studying.

Admission process for MBBS & BDS in University of Sibiu
The admissions to the University of Sibiu have started for the academic year 2026-27. You should start preparing your documents and apply between the application submission dates to be a part of the competition for the ranking lists.
For non-EU students (inc. India): The admission for medicine program at ULBS are based on your scores in the high-school diploma (Class XII for Indian students). There is no additional entrance exam.
For EU students (30 seats): You need to take an entrance exam in Biology, Chemistry & English.

- Wait for ranking list: The university will publish a ranking list based on the number of applications received and the average scores of the students. If you're included on the ranking list then you can proceed. Otherwise you cannot be enrolled.

- Ministry approval (letter of acceptance): We will apply with the ministry of education for the Letter of Acceptance. It is a required document for visa application.
- Visa Application in India: We will prepare your visa application form and all supporting documents. Then, you need to visit the Embassy of Romania to submit the hard copies of your documents and undergo a quick interview.
- Visa Approval: The Embassy takes about 1 month to review the visa application and issue a visa.
